Thirteen Walton student-athletes signed National Letters of Intent to continue their academic and athletic careers in college on the first day of the early signing period Wednesday, November 13, 2019. Each of these current Raiders participated in the Signing Night event in the Information Center at Walton on Wednesday evening, sharing their past successes and future plans with family, friends, coaches, and teammates.
These talented individuals include lacrosse players Katie Giglio (Mercer Bears), Ria Hollaran (Furman Palladins), Katelyn Morgan (James Madison Dukes), Nick Floyd (St. Joseph’s Hawks), Tate Harran (Bellarmine Knights) and Drew Pritts (Sacred Heart Pioneers; golfer Matthew Feste (Stetson Hatters); tennis player Lauren Kadow (University of the South Tigers); volleyball players Phoebe Awoleye (Georgia Bulldogs), Madison Morey (Virginia Cavaliers), Kendall O’Brien (Marist Red Foxes), and Katie Strickland (Georgia State Panthers); and soccer player Ryleigh Jenkins (Citadel Bulldogs).
Congratulations to each of these tremendous student-athletes on all of their hard work and accomplishments that have afforded them the chance to continue their athletic careers in college, and thank you for the positive way you have represented Walton High School. Raider Nation is proud of you!
